The reason we loved it was nice staff and location.

I would recommend it and would stay here again. Clean hotel, I liked perfect staff and rooms. The room met what was needed, spotless with a comfortable bed.

Pleasant place, exceptionally comfortable beds, welcoming staff. Central position in the centre of a very pleasant village with stunningly beautiful views.

There were fab staff and food for a very relaxing stay. The room was tidy with comfortable bed, I enjoyed it.

The property was clean and special, had very good staff and food. I enjoyed to spend time in the lovely downstairs bar.

All in all, it was interesting place for travelling to Bristol. We liked the breakfast.

We had a fairly nice stay at this wonderful old and boutique hotel. We enjoyed staff and amenities - fabulous. Luxurious bathroom, extremely comfy bed, spacious bedroom.

The staff was not rude, the accommodation was simple and clean. Plentiful breakfast, polite service. I liked a great decor and beautiful furniture.

My fab experience in Bristol. The room was well-appointed and the bed was soft. The location was fantastic, not very far from Chew Valley Animal Park.

The bed was nice and the restaurant was spacious and had plenty of food. Large bedrooms and a luxury bathroom. It was modern looking with a delightful view. The property was set in an excellant area.

Trendy boutique place, welcome base for an overnight stay. Beds were very comfy, the staff was accommodating. Fairly clean and big size rooms. The whole experience was pleasant enough.

Comfortable beds and excellent service. The restaurant had amazing food. There is a lovely garden.

We would definitely book here again, the venue met the needs. Superior hotel not far from Chew Magna Reservoir. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Lazy Lobster that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We were offered a courteous service here...
